The easiest way is be a chick or a kid...(No offence to either group) Obviously, the lesser drivers are easier to get...I found the best time for that, was at Daytona testing before they canned it.

Alot of the ease of getting autographs depends on the weekend and driver appearances. Places like Charlotte I've found are the easiest to get autographs during the course of a race weekend because it is home turf for the drivers and there are often a lot of appearances. From all of my race trips, I have gotten to meet and get autographs from Brian, AJ, Martin Truex Jr, Burney Lamar, Danny O'Quinn Jr, Kasey Kahne, Casey Mears, Robby Gordon, Elliott Sadler, Scott Riggs, Dave Blaney, Tony Stewart, Bobby Labonte, Boris Said, David Ragan, and Ray Evernham.

actually my first autograph from brian was him in the hendrick 5 car and it says to Tara love brian vickers to me it is a keepsake memory in my heart and head that change my life forever.

I have BV's, AJ's, Ryan Newman's, and Tony Raines. I could have gotten Kevin Harvick's last year at Eldora but I was more interested in taking pictures of him signing autographs verses standing in line and getting one for myself.

Let's see....I have Brian's, AJ's, Brendan Gaughan's, Robby Gordon's (got it via his then crew chief Greg Erwin) and my mom has Newman's (since he's her fav. driver). I hope to add Speed's name to that list at some point this year as well.

I think someone said somewhere else that at one of the races this year Speed was signing but BV wasn't. I haven't really looked to see if Speed is signing at some of the tracks since I don't typically collect autographs just to have them. I get drivers that I really like and just take pictures of the other drivers signing for other people. In most cases, I would rather have the picture than an autograph but I'm weird like that.

I don't get autographs just for the sake of collecting them either. You sould similar to what I like to do. I love to take pictures of the Drivers when I can get the opportunity. The thrill for me after that is taking MY pictures with me (shots that I like of any particular driver) and see if I can get it autographed. I don't hunt people down - just have them with me if the opportunity arises. Like this also because I can't afford to purchase every drivers merchandise just to get an autograph. I've never had a driver refuse to sign a picture of himself even if you didn't purchase the professional shots!
